You can export a list of all members in your organization or per department to Excel. This feature is useful for reporting purposes.
Start by selecting one of the departments you want to export. In this example, we are choosing Penn Gaming - Engineering.
You will see the list of all members in the Penn Gaming - Engineering department, along with the number of services they are subscribed to. You can scroll down and click on the pages to see the whole list. On this page, you will find the "Export" button on the top right.
Once you click the "Export" button, SMP will download an Excel file which you can open on your machine. The Excel file contains all the information from SMP, including the following attributes: Name, Email, Department, Number of Services, Activity, Status, and User Type.
To add a new User to your SMP workspace, please refer to How to add new user.
