In this article, we'll provide instructions on getting the authentication details from Concur and how to connect your Concur account with LeanIX SMP. To configure Concur, make sure you have an account with admin permissions.

Create New User Account

To create new user account, follow next steps:

  1. Click Administration \Company \Company admin
  2. In left menu under User administration click Add user
  3. Fill required fields (for Login/email you can use e.g. [email protected])
  4. Set the user as Active and check the following checkboxes for user permissions:
    1. Expense User
    2. Expense Approver
    3. Invoice User
    4. Invoice Approver
  5. Copy for future reference the information you entered for the Login (email address) and Password fields - you will need to paste it later in LeanIX SMP
  6. Click the Save button on the top of the page
    To set user permissions, follow next steps:
  7. Click Administration \Company \Company admin
  8. In the left menu, click User Permissions
  9. Find new user and set additional permissions:
    1. Report Admin
    2. Expense Processor (Audit)
    3. Reimbursement Auditor

Connect to Concur in LeanIX SMP

  1. Log in to LeanIX SMP.
  2. Navigate to Services \Concur \Settings \Integrate.
  3. Enter username and password for the user you have created following these instructions.
  4. Click Integrate.
