Set up Netskope

Create new API token in Netskope

  1. Log to Netskope with Admin account

  2. Go to Settings > Tools > Rest API v2 and generate a new token

    1. Choose token name
    2. Select expiration time to your liking/requirements, longer adds convenience, shorter adds security, but once token expires it will need to be updated manually
    3. Add /api/v2/events/data/application scope/endpoint
    4. Click Save
  1. Copy API token for later use. Once this window is closed token cannot be accessed again and it needs to be regenerated if needed.

Integrate Netskope in LeanIX

  1. Log in to LeanIX
  2. In LeanIX SMP navigate to Account Settings > Discover Integrations, find Netskope and click Add

  1. Enter the integration name,
  2. Enter URL of your Netskope app and the (e.g.: https://<your tenant>.goskope.com/)
  3. EnterAPI Token created before
  4. Click Integrate
