Instructions

LeanIX SMP will only be able to access information that the user creating an API key has access to. To be able to pull all relevant data, please have a user with admin permissions create the key.

Request API access

Reach out to your Lattice customer success manager to turn on your API access.

Create API Keys

Once you have had Lattice enable the feature in your account you will have a new section under Settings titled "API Keys". To create one simply click on the "Create new key" button on the top right hand side of the screen.

Once you create your API key it will be shown to you as a long stream of alphanumeric characters. Copy this value, as it will be needed to integrate Lattice with LeanIX SMP.

Configure Lattice integration in LeanIX SMP

Log into LeanIX SMP and navigate to Lattice settings (https://us-si.leanix.net/#/service/Lattice/settings/ or https://eu-si.leanix.net/#/service/Lattice/settings/)
Click on the Integrate button and fill out the form with appropriate credentials from step 2.2:
